Our franchise opportunity starts from approximately £60,000, depending on the size of your store, location and fit-out requirements. We'll provide you with a personalised investment breakdown during the discovery process, so you know exactly what's involved before making any commitments.
Many of our franchise partners choose to fund their investment through a combination of personal capital and commercial lending. While we don't provide finance directly, we can introduce you to trusted finance partners who understand the franchise sector and can discuss the options available to you.
Our ongoing fees help us continue developing the brand and supporting your business long after opening day. This includes operational support, marketing, product development, supplier relationships and continued investment in the growth of Dirt Coffee Co. We'll explain our fee structure in full during the discovery process, with complete transparency.

Our comprehensive training programme covers everything you need to confidently run your business, including coffee preparation, food service, customer experience, operations, staffing, systems, marketing and launching your store. No previous coffee experience is required.
Our support doesn't stop once your doors open. We'll continue working alongside you with operational guidance, marketing support, supplier management, business performance reviews and ongoing training to help your business continue growing.
